Shipping and Returns
Your total shipping charges are based on the shipping methods selected, the subtotal of your order and any applicable surcharges. Please note that shipping charges are calculated on an order's subtotal before any discounts or reductions are taken. Please see the chart below:

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of the time they are placed. If placed on a Friday or Holiday, the order will be processed on the next business day. When an order is placed at superhomesurplus.com, the order immediately begins processing. In order to meet our estimated shipping dates, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
Additional shipping charges may apply to some items ordered because of size, weight, or special handling requirements. If an additional shipping charge applies, the charge will appear after you add the item to your shopping cart. Super Home Surplus will collect appropriate amounts for sales tax on each order where applicable.
Shipping of our merchandise is restricted to domestic shipments only. We are unable to ship internationally and to freight forwarding companies.

Weather and Other Carrier Related Shipping Delays
Please note that our carriers, such as, UPS, FedEx and USPS, etc. do not provide guaranteed delivery in the event of extreme weather and other conditions that may cause delays. In the event that your order might be delayed due to these reasons please contact the carrier directly to verify the rescheduled delivery or to check status. Please note that we do not refund shipping due to such unforeseeable delays.
Our carriers accept responsibility of your package upon pick up. In the event that your order is lost during shipment, notify Super Home Surplus within 24 hours of expected arrival time. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf for the cost of goods and shipping fee. Once the claim is approved by the carrier, a refund will be credited back to the original account number for the lost order. We are unable to place an order on behalf of our customer for lost goods. To receive your order as soon as possible, please place another order on our website; and you will be credited your original order amount.
At Super Home Surplus, your satisfaction is very important to us. We understand that there may be times when you need to return something you have purchased online. For assistance with your return, please call 270-282-5513 for a Return Goods Authorization.
You may return or exchange merchandise within 10 days with your original receipt, or original return form and packing slip from your online purchase. Your merchandise must be in new, unused and resalable condition and include the original packaging, tags and/or instructions. We are sorry, but merchandise cannot be returned for any reason after the 11th day of delivery.
A restocking fee is a percentage of the item’s price, depending on the condition of item and the reason in which it is returned. The restocking fees follow the guidelines outlined in the table below.

All manufacturer warranty/service claims must be processed by the product manufacturer. See the applicable manufacturer's product warranty for more information.
To return your online purchase, you must have a valid Super Home Surplus packing slip and order number. A customer packing slip is sent with each order shipment. If you don't have a packing slip for your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return of Online Orders Due to Defect, Damage or Fulfillment Error
Damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items must be reported and returned within 10 days of delivery. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the merchandise you received is damaged, defective or the wrong item was sent to you.
Prior to returning online purchased items which were received in defective or damaged condition, or if the wrong item was sent to you, please call 270-282-5513 for special return shipping instructions on how to return the item. You must follow our return instructions or you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. C.O.D. packages are not accepted. Shipping costs will not be paid or refunded when returning an item due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret. For online order returns not due to defect, damage or receiving the wrong item, please see below.
All Other Online Returns
For all other return items, please ship your return to the address provided on your packing slip according to the shipping instructions below within 10 days of the date your order is received. We can only accept returns of items that are in new, unused and resalable condition. We are sorry, but merchandise cannot be returned for any reason after 10 days.
To return your online purchase for a refund, please ship your item in, along with a copy of your packing slip, to our Return Center at the address listed on your packing slip by USPS, UPS or other shipping service within 10 days of the date your order is received.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges and package tracking and insurance is recommended and you should make a copy of the packing slip for your records.
We do not accept C.O.D. packages.
Processing of Returns
Please allow up to 10 business days for a return to be processed. If you purchased using a credit/debit/check card, the refund amount will be credited back to the original account number.
Shipping charges will only be refunded for items whose return was necessary due to fulfillment error or shipping damages. Otherwise, you are responsible for all shipping charges, including the costs of shipping the return.
No price adjustments are accepted for online purchases, nor do we honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.
Please be aware Super Home Surplus store locations cannot exchange those items through our Online Returns Center. To get a replacement item as quickly as possible, please return the damaged or defective item for a refund, then reorder that item.
